All sales at Bronx Tail are subject to our refund and exchange policies. We do not guarantee refunds or exchanges except as outlined in our Returns Policy. Eligibility for returns or exchanges is determined at our discretion and must comply with the terms provided at the time of purchase. Bronx Tail is not responsible for products lost, damaged, or altered after delivery. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

At Bronx Tail, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Food is non-refundable. Items must have tags and be in excellent, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, but customers can always bring items into the store to avoid shipping fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
